Customer Relations Center Advisor

This position is responsible for handling in-bound auto insurance sales requests as well as in-force customer service requests in a high volume customer relations center environment. As a Customer Relations Center Advisor you will be responsible for evaluating both new business as well as customer service requests utilizing information from the caller as well as data culled from a variety of reports.


  • To succeed in this position, you must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team as well as in a structured call center environment.

  • Prior experience in Customer Service and/or in a Call Center a plus, but not required.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills are required.

  • Must be customer focused and display a professional phone manner.

Customer Relations Center Advsiors work a 5 day work week which includes evenings until 7:15pm and Saturdays 9:30am to 4:00pm.  

An Insurance Producer License is needed for the position, but not required to apply. CURE will provide the necessary training and opportunity for you to obtain the required insurance licensing!
